FAQ

Q) What is your Rain / Weather Policy?

There is no penalty for canceling your order due to rain or high winds.

Q) Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, Our friendly drivers will ensure each inflatable is set up and cleaned before your event. Set up time varies depending on the inflatable and set up location but normal set up time is between 20 – 40 minutes. Our drivers will return to take the unit down after your rental time has finished.

Q)  What are the space requirements for your Bounce rentals?

For specific Bounce dimensions, see the Bouncy Castle page for more information on the dimensions of the Bounce you are renting
In addition to the listed dimensions of the Bounce you are renting, an additional 3 – 5 feet around each side of the Bounce is required to provide safe access and enjoyment, prevent equipment damage, and allow for blowers to be hooked up. So therefore a Bounce that has measurements of 15′ x 15′ for example would require an unobstructed 20′ x 20′ sq. foot space in order to be safely set up. Make sure to measure in advance as our drivers will not set up a Bounce in an area that is unsafe to the equipment or the participants. This does not only apply to the ground but also means that there cannot be any overhead obstacles such as branches or power lines above the area that the Bounce will be placed.
Attention: Delivery drivers will NOT go up and down stairs and/or steep hills, etc. Set up location must be easily accessible from the delivery truck. This also means that access to the yard is large enough to get to the set up point as our Bounces are too heavy to lift over fences or other obstacles. The Bounces are several hundred pounds and are approximately 4.5′ high x 3′ in diameter when they are in their bag, so please keep this in mind in regards to gates or passage ways.

Q) What kind of electrical power is needed?

A standard 115 V 15 AMP dedicated household plug will do.  This will need to be no more then 100 feet from the set up location of the inflatable and no other items will be bale to be plugged into the outlet that is powering the blower.

Q) Are you Insured?

Yes.  We carry a 3 million dollar liability coverage policy.

Q) What does a commercial grade mean? Is there a difference between your bouncers and one that I can buy at a store?

Bouncers that can be bought at the store are commonly made of nylon material. These bouncers are not meant for commercial rental purposes and can tear quite easily and may collapse with too much rider weight. Commercial bouncers are made of high-grade PVC and canvas. These bouncers are much more durable and can handle a lot more weight than a nylon bouncer. Nylon bouncers are for family use and should never be rented out.

Q) What are my responsibilities when I rent a Bounce?

A responsible adult must be in attendance to supervise children at all times while the Bounce is in use. The person in charge of supervision must know all the safety rules and will be responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed at all times. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment. All Bounce rentals must have someone in attendance at all times that it is inflated. Under no circumstances can an inflated Bounce be left unsupervised, or a deflated Bounce be left unsecured. If the Bounce is being delivered to a rented public area such as a park or picnic area, the renter(s) responsible for the Bounce must remain at the location at all times beginning when the Bounce is dropped off and only ending when the Bounce is picked up.

Q) I am planning to have my child’s party at a local park, can I have one of your bouncers there?

We will set up our units in local parks, however, The City may require that you purchase a permit and/or reserve a site. Please check with The City before booking. Also, keep in mind that you will need power and not all sites are equipped with outlets so you may need to rent a generator.

Play safe and enjoy
